I've always loved making things. I learned to sew from both my mother and my father, and am never content unless I'm doing something with my hands. I fell in love with theatre at a young age, and when I learned in college that I could combine my love of theater with my love of sewing and have a career in costuming, I was sold. I graduated from Florida State University in 2001, and started work with the Dallas Theater Center Costume Shop in the same year. Since then I have been perfecting and honing my craft, gaining new skills and experiences that allow me to execute a designer's vision with a meticulous eye to detail.
